If by any reason you need to return or exchange an item purchased on our online store please contact us at hello@wayzforlife.com, within 28 days after the arrival of your order.
All returns and exchanges must be unworn. If the product shows signs of being worn, we find ourselves on our right to not refund or exchange it.
After confirmation from our Team you can send it over.
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense . Kindly ship your return/exchange package in the same condition it was delivered to you. Wayz is not responsible for lost returns. If you want to return using DPD/Chronopost please contact us and we can provide the return and then deduct from the refund.
